We're seeking an experienced Workforce Transformation Lead to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you'll drive strategic workforce transformation initiatives, partner with leaders to navigate complex change, and help shape the future of our organisation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR or organizational change professional who enjoys working strategically while remaining hands-on in delivering meaningful outcomes. Key responsibilities: Lead enterprise-wide workforce transformation and organizational change initiatives. Deliver end-to-end project management from planning through to implementation and evaluation. Develop change management strategies, communication plans and stakeholder engagement approaches. Partner with executives and senior leaders to build change capability and successfully embed new ways of working. Provide expert advice on industrial relations, consultation requirements and workforce impacts. Prepare business cases, executive briefings and governance papers to support organizational decision making. Work closely with the PMO and People and Culture team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within governance requirements and with lasting organizational benefits. Key requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, People and Culture or a related discipline. Extensive experience leading complex organizational change or transformation projects. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing senior leaders. Sound knowledge of Fair Work consultation requirements and industrial relations. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. A collaborative, people-centered approach with the ability to navigate complexity and support leaders through change. Experience within aged care, healthcare, government or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded. Why join Juniper?
