About the opportunity: Employment Type: Full time, permanent position Flexibility: A vibrant, collaborative culture with 4 days in the office and flexibility built in Location: Based in North Sydney The Technology Vendor Analyst forms part of the Technology Operations Team, which sits within the Technology department at oOh! Media. In this role, you will own the end-to-end vendor management lifecycle. You will oversee the procurement, documentation, and administration of contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing while implementing cost-control strategies to maximize technology ROI. You will join a close-knit, passionate team dedicated to providing outstanding service and results to internal stakeholders, with plenty of opportunities to learn from the best in the industry. What you'll be doing: Vendor & Contract Lifecycles: Manage software and support contract lifecycles, handle day-to-day vendor queries, manage disputes, oversee licensing renewals, and assess vendor delivery against SLAs. Financial Controls & Forecasting: Maintain budget tracking sheets, monitor OPEX spend, and provide deep-dive analysis, reporting, and forecasting on spend against budgets. Asset & Vendor Management: Support the management of technology vendors, software licensing and technology assets by maintaining accurate records, monitoring renewals, coordinating procurement activities, tracking utilisation and providing reporting to support informed decision-making. Work closely with System Owners and business stakeholders to ensure technology investments are governed effectively throughout their lifecycle. Strategic Contribution: Keep a pulse on market trends and vendor offerings to proactively contribute to the ongoing Technology Operations Strategy and identify efficiencies. Service Excellence: Act as a key escalation point for vendor-related requests, managing incident and request queues via ServiceNow to ensure a "Customer Service First" experience. What you'll bring: Experience: 2-3 years in a procurement or contract management commercially focused environment, ideally within an MSP or other Technology environment. Analytical Superpowers: Good Excel skills coupled with accurate data collection and analytical abilities to develop tools, uncover insights, and read/report on financial data. Collaborative Mindset: A positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who can build strong internal and external relationships to advocate for a transparent procurement culture. Core Traits: An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, a natural curiosity with a willingness to learn, and a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior Out Of Home (OOH) experience is a plus, but a strong willingness to grow in this exciting industry is what matters most!
