As we continue to grow our omnichannel capability, we're looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist to join our Digital team and help optimise, enhance and evolve our online customer experience. In this role, you will support the eCommerce Operations Manager in executing operational tasks and leveraging your web development skills to enhance platform functionalities. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth platform operations, optimizing user experience, and driving continuous improvements through data insights, testing, and technical problem-solving. What You'll Be Doing... Driving Digital Success: Support the Omni Digital Strategy by assisting in platform enhancements and operational efficiencies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain and update reporting dashboards to provide valuable insights on ecommerce performance. Platform Optimisation: Work closely with product and UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and streamline operational processes. Testing & Development: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and A/B testing, ensuring new features are optimized for performance. Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with the Customer Care team to action customer feedback and improve CX. Operational Excellence: Support daily tasks such as dashboard monitoring, reporting, and website personalization. Stakeholder & Vendor Relations: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to align projects and business goals. What We're Looking For... Key Skills & Experience: Experience in a similar role - eCommerce Operations, UAT, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) testing or qualification in Computer Science, IT, eCommerce or a related field Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other CMS platforms is highly regarded Strong data analysis and A/B testing experience with familiarity with website analytics tools and ecommerce platforms A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting the little things right, from website content and product presentation to platform performance and customer journeys Sound organisational skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and deliver results across a dynamic and fast-moving digital retail environment Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, using data and insights to build alignment and support decision-making Why Join rebel?
