We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Auswide Rockhampton branch, a large, busy branch with a welcoming and supportive team. The Opportunity As the face of Auswide Bank in the Rockhampton branch and be able to support our other local branches. You'll deliver friendly, professional service and build trusted relationships with customers. A significant portion of our customer base is made up of elderly members of the local community, so patience, empathy and a genuine love of people are essential. This role suits someone who enjoys a fastpaced environment, takes pride in reliability, and brings a positive, cando attitude to work every day. The position is offered on a 12month initial contract, and we're looking for someone committed and keen to settle in and be part of the team.
