Apply Job no: KYJXJ Join Hindmarsh as Senior Site Manager and lead the delivery of a $300M health development, working alongside a highly experienced project leadership team. Senior Site Managers at Hindmarsh are responsible for the day-to-day delivery of large-scale, highly complex construction projects, leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for: Implementing the construction program and driving day-to-day site coordination to meet Practical Completion Supervising subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards Leading site activities in accordance with design documentation, specifications, and relevant codes and standards Identifying and resolving constructability issues, contributing to design coordination Conducting formal risk assessments and developing mitigation plans across commercial, logistical and design risks Leading and coaching site teams, including Site Supervisors, Construction Workers and subcontractors Implementing and enforcing Hindmarsh's Safety, Quality and Environmental (SQE) systems and standards Chairing site and subcontractor coordination meetings, and attending inspections with authorities, consultants and clients Working collaboratively with the commercial team on procurement, variations and change management We are looking for a team member who has: 10+ years' experience in site management within commercial construction, with proven delivery of large-scale, highly complex projects (ideally $100M+) Demonstrated experience delivering health, aged care, or similarly complex sector projects Advanced understanding of Australian construction standards, codes and safety legislation Proven ability to lead and manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors Skilled in construction software such as Aconex, MS Project and Bluebeam Bachelor's Degree in Building, Construction Management or equivalent (highly desirable) Advanced leadership, conflict resolution and communication skills Build more than projects.
