Asset Manager
About the role

As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the reliability, operational performance, and commercial health of Jord assets at designated sites. Acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, you will build trusted relationships, anticipate site needs, and identify opportunities to grow value across the asset lifecycle through parts, services, maintenance, and upgrade solutions.
You will take end-to-end ownership of asset performance and client outcomes, serving as the trusted link between customers and Jord's technical and delivery teams. The role offers genuine autonomy, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and the opportunity to directly improve asset reliability, uptime, and commercial performance.

What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high client satisfaction by proactively managing communications, resolving concerns, and maintaining professional engagement.
- Identify and validate leads for spare parts, services, and new projects, while managing the end-to-end proposal process to maximize order conversions.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and equipment performance to meet SLAs, ensuring safety compliance, technical issue resolution, and team development.
- Monitor asset performance, reliability, and uptime, and collaborate with technical teams to drive continuous improvement and optimise operational outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with internal and client stakeholders to ensure all activities are delivered on time, with clear accountability and effective communication.
- Support maintenance, repair, and technical service delivery to ensure consistent performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across site operation
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of experience in account/ asset management, operations, or site operations
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a mining or heavy industrial environment, with a strong focus on equipment reliability, asset performance, and safe work execution.
- Possesses a background in Engineering or a relevant trade
- Requires an engineering degree with specific, highly-regarded experience in filtration processes (concentrate, tailings, and paste).
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with the flexibility to travel and work on-site as required.
- Must have Australian work authorisation as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
