ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Optimisation & Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across our national Distribution Centre network. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you'll lead the strategy and execution of site optimisation, inventory integrity, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational projects that enhance safety, productivity, service, and scalability.
Leading a small team, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and implement sustainable improvements across our DC operations. From optimising site layouts and stock positioning to delivering large-scale projects and embedding continuous improvement capability, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future performance of our distribution network. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven leadership experience within a distribution, supply chain, logistics, or operational environment.
Demonstrated success delivering continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and optimisation principles.
Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across multiple teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen, including experience evaluating ROI and business outcomes
