Caring for babies, toddlers and young children Leading fun indoor activities and creative play Supporting outdoor adventures and learning experiences Helping children learn, grow and develop confidence Assisting with food preparation, nutrition and mealtimes Maintaining children's health, hygiene and comfort Communicating with parents and fellow educators Working alongside a friendly and supportive childcare team About You Passionate about working with children Kind, caring and patient A strong communicator and team player Eager to learn and develop new skills Able to prioritise children's needs and well-being Desirable: Customer service experience Babysitting or childcare experience Certificate II qualification in a related field Essential Requirements Ability to obtain a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration Sound literacy and numeracy skills (aptitude testing forms part of the recruitment process) Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care Candidates already holding a Certificate III or higher in this qualification are ineligible to apply What's In It For You?
