About the Role:

Assistant Brand Manager (Kinder) role supports the development and execution of brand strategies across Australia and New Zealand, helping to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen consumer engagement, and drive brand performance. The position offers broad exposure across brand management, innovation, consumer communications, market insights, and cross-functional project leadership. Working closely with regional and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to shaping the future of one of Ferrero's most iconic brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of annual brand plans and marketing strategies for the Kinder portfolio
  • Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, PR, influencer, sampling, and promotional activities
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
  • Analyse market, consumer, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic recommendations
    Monitor brand health, consumer trends, competitive activity, market share, and profitability
    Conduct post-campaign evaluations and share learnings to improve future initiatives
    Support new product development and SKU launch projects from concept to execution
    Coordinate cross-functional activities with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Category, and Regional teams
    Contribute to the development of business cases and recommendations for innovation opportunities
    Support marketing budget management and P&L development
    Manage purchase orders, service receipts, and marketing administration processes
    Ensure activities are executed in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
    Manage relationships with agency partners to deliver best-in-class execution
    Actively contribute to the Ferrero ANZ Marketing community and broader business initiatives

About You:

  • University degree in Marketing or Business
  • Experience in brand marketing, category, shopper marketing, commercial, or a related FMCG environment
  • Proven track record in new product development (NPD), brand campaigns, implementation, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with scan data and consumer research is considered an advantage
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for building brands
  • Exposure to P&L management and experience managing A&P budgets
  • Goal-oriented, with a drive to deliver exceptional results
  • A strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with Circana and/or Nielsen is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office skills; Power BI is considered a plus
