Noble Park location on Boonwurrung Country Full time, Fixed Term contract until 27 Nov 2026 $105K pa (pro rata) + Super & Salary Packaging The Opportunity The South Eastern Case Management Services (SECMS) is funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to provide intensive support and case management to children and young people on statutory Child Protection orders. The SECMS team plays a critical role in supporting them to reach their full potential. The role will focus on the provision of intensive levels of support and case management to young people aged 12 -18 who are most "at risk" in the community. These young people are subject to statutory orders either with Child Protection or Youth Justice, and Berry Street provides the contracted case management in accordance with case planning and Children's Court directions. About You The successful applicant will have experience in outreach support and/or case management with young people. You will be required to have the capacity to understand, work and support young people, their family, carers and networks within a community environment and the skills to engage, negotiate and advocate. A Bachelor level qualification in Community Services, Education, Social Work or similar field is required for this role. Relevant experience working in case management. You will be a quick learner with high energy and commitment to your clients, yet able to work within the parameters of the role. Experience undertaking contracted case management within DFFH, Child Protection or another similar agency will be looked on favourably. Salary packaging (up to $15,900 per annum, plus additional packaging available for meals/accommodation).
