Your Opportunity
Join a major data centre project in Melbourne as a Senior Fitout Supervisor, where you'll lead fitout delivery across multiple work fronts and help drive the safe and successful completion of critical internal works.
Working closely with the Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day fitout activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on schedule whilst maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of day-to-day fitout activities and keeping works moving safely and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with trades and subcontractors to get the best outcomes on site
• Working ahead of the programme to identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery
• Driving a strong safety culture and maintaining high standards of quality
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site access to keep crews productive
• Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and other site leaders to achieve key milestones
• Planning and sequencing works across multiple areas and trade packages
• Supporting commissioning, testing and handover activities as the project progresses

What You'll Bring

• A relevant construction qualification or trade background
• Previous experience as a Senior Supervisor, Fitout Supervisor, Foreman or similar site leadership role
• Experience delivering commercial fitout projects and coordinating multiple trades
• The ability to build trust, communicate clearly and lead teams on site
• A proactive approach to planning, problem-solving and keeping works on track
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and achieving project outcomes
• Confidence working in fast-paced, complex construction environments on data centre, mission-critical or large-scale commercial projects will be highly regarded
