Nestle Professional is seeking a State Field Sales Manager to lead our Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory Field Sales Team and drive growth across some of Australia's most exciting Out of Home channels.
This is your opportunity to join the world's largest food and beverage company and work with an industry-leading portfolio including NESCAFE, MILO, MAGGI, BUONDI, DOCELLO and BUITONI. A Day in the life...
In this exciting role, you will:
Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing field sales team to exceed sales and performance targets
Develop and execute state sales strategies that drive sustainable growth across priority channels
Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Distributor Partners and cross-functional teams to maximise commercial opportunities
Build strong customer relationships and create meaningful, long-term business partnerships
Identify growth opportunities across our Out of Home Channels
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence business outcomes, develop future talent, and bring ambitious growth strategies to life.
