You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF .

Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in managing or leading teams, informal or as a shift lead. Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response, and incident reporting. Experience with surveillance systems, access control, and physical security measures. Exposure to risk assessment and threat identification. Understanding of security operations and policies. Familiarity with security technology: CCTV, alarms, access control systems. Security Basic knowledge of conflict resolution, investigative procedures, and report writing. Strong leadership and team supervision skills. Effective communication (verbal and written) to instruct team and liaise with stakeholders. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure. Ability to conduct training and briefings. Proficiency in incident documentation and report preparation. Competence in using security management software or databases. Good situational awareness and attention to detail.
