About the role
Infoxchangeis leading a cross-sector partnership to build the capability of the not-for-profit sector through theDigital Transformation Hub(the Hub) which provides tailored resources to help more than 10,000 organisations each year leverage digital technologies and amplify their impact.
The Hub is an integrated set of web-based Digital Guides, training materials (webinars/online learning courses)and expert advice.
ThisTraining & Project Coordinatorrole is responsible for supporting theHub's training program(led bythe Training Program Designer & Manager),with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to support the development and delivery of webinars, self-paced learning modules and digital guides to improve the capability of non-profit IT managers, staff and vulnerable communities.
The role reports directly to the Digital Transformation Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Training Coordination and Learning Operations-Coordinate the delivery of the Digital Transformation Hub's training and capacity-building activities, including webinars,workshopsand self-paced learning programs. Support scheduling, registrations, participant communications, resource preparation, eventlogisticsand Learning Management System administration to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Project Coordination and Administrative Support- Provide project coordination support across Digital Transformation Hub initiatives, includingmaintainingproject documentation, tracking actions and timelines, coordinatingmeetingsand supporting internal processes that contribute to the successful delivery of programs and projects.
- Reporting, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement-Collect,maintainand analyse training and project data, including participation,feedbackand evaluation outcomes. Contribute to reporting requirements and support the ongoing improvement of training programs, systems,processesand participant experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration-Work collaboratively with the Training Program Designer and Manager, Digital Transformation Hub Manager, presenters, volunteers,partnersand internal teams to support the delivery of accessible,engagingand impactful learning opportunities for the not-for-profit sector.

Qualifications andSpecialist Expertise
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, project management, communications, education, information technology, community services or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience thatdemonstratescoordination,administrationor project support capability.
- Demonstrated ability to organise work, manage competing priorities andmaintainattention to detail when coordinating tasks,activitiesor events.
- Familiarity with digital workplace artificial intelligence tools, with the ability and curiosity to quickly learn and adopt new systems and ways of working.
- Interest in learning and development, training delivery, projectcoordinationand digital capability building.
