Job Description
About the Role
Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests, in house and external
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue
Execution of excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards
Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered too.
About You
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Previous experience in a similar role will be viewed favourably
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent personal presentation
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
Barista experience and coffee-making skills are highly desirable; shifts assigned to the coffee cart will be paid at the applicable Barista rate.

Hospitality Industry (General) Award Casual Level 2 - base rate $33.85 + applicable loadings
Barista shifts: Hospitality Industry (General) Award Casual Level 3 - base rate $34.96 + applicable loadings
