HR Truck Driver
$35.40/hr + super + penalties | Permanent & Casual Opportunities

At CHILL, our HR Drivers are trusted to own their run and make every delivery count. We're looking for drivers who take pride in doing the job right - safely, reliably and without cutting corners.

- Early starts from 4:00am (with some 5:30am starts available)

What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for keeping our customers' deliveries moving and maintaining the standard CHILL is known for.
That means:
- Running metro multi-drop and regional refrigerated deliveries
- Operating HR vehicles and tailgate loaders
- Completing pre-start inspections - every time
- Managing POD photos, temperature records and delivery documentation
- Using technology to manage your run, navigation and reporting
- Representing CHILL with customers every day
The accountability is real. So is the autonomy - your run is yours to manage.
Requirements
What we're looking for
You'll bring:
- A current HR licence
- A safe driving history and professional approach
- Experience in transport, delivery or logistics
- Confidence using mobile applications and delivery technology
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
Experience in refrigerated transport, cold chain, tailgate loaders or forklift operation is highly regarded.
As part of joining the CHILL team, you'll also need to complete:
- A National Police Check
- A pre-employment driver medical clearance
These checks help us ensure our drivers are fit, safe and ready to represent CHILL on the road.
