Overview

The purpose of the Senior Account Executive role is to coordinate daytoday campaign delivery across offline and digital channels, consolidating planning input, status updates and reporting for internal teams and clients.

Strong client service is a must: the role keeps campaigns on track, on time and within budget through disciplined coordination and consolidation, while building strong client and partner relationships.

Your scope will include:

Campaign Delivery & Execution

Coordinate campaign activation across offline and digital channels in line with approved plans and objectives.

Consolidate bookings, timings and status across channels into a single view, chasing inputs to keep delivery on track.

Coordinate bookings across offline and digital, confirming accuracy and loading within required timeframes.

Coordinate daily holdings checks, material trafficking and proofofplacement across channels.

Monitor live offline and digital campaigns to ensure delivery against planned objectives and KPIs.

Identify delivery issues early and escalate with recommended next steps.

Consolidate weekly tracking reports across all active offline and digital channels.

Ensure postcampaign analysis is completed accurately and on time.

Monitor spend against agreed budgets and cost tolerances across offline and digital, flagging variances early.

Check delivered rates against agreed benchmarks and escalate exceptions to the Investment team.

Track makegoods, compensation and shortfalls across channels and coordinate followup with the Investment team.

Coordinate and consolidate Added Value reporting by medium.

Oversee accurate entry of all campaign spend, rate cards and surveys.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all offline and digital systems.

Coordinate reporting deliverables end to end, maintaining high standards of accuracy and ontime delivery.

Consolidate tracking and performance reports across channels and present findings to Investment and Account teams.

Demonstrate competence across all relevant systems and tools, including offline and digital reporting and audience platforms.

Client Service & Stakeholder Management

Act as a key daytoday client contact, delivering client service with accuracy and care across offline and digital.

Prepare and share meeting minutes, actions and agreed next steps promptly after each meeting.

Coordinate the weekly WIP (workinprogress) document and agenda, keeping owners and deadlines current.

Represent the agency professionally and build strong relationships with clients, media, creative and digital partners.

Contribute to positive client experiences through attention to detail and proactive issue identification.

Work with Investment, Account and Digital teams to consolidate performance and support optimisation of campaigns.

Apply learnings from previous campaigns to reporting and future activity.

Contribute to competitive, performance and savings reporting when required.

Support Account, Manager and Digital teams by sourcing, preparing and consolidating required information.

Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams and stakeholders.

Maintain a solutionfocused approach in highpressure environments.

Act as a positive representative of Zenith's culture, behaviours and ways of working.

Participate actively in team forums, training sessions and learning opportunities.

Support agency initiatives through strong collaboration and enthusiasm to learn.

Demonstrate curiosity about media, clients, consumers and the broader industry.

Organisational Relationships

Reports to: Senior Account Manager

Direct Reports: Media Coordinator

Key contacts: Clients, media, creative and digital partners, Investment teams, Account teams, Digital teams and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to training and development of junior team members where appropriate.
