Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to support highquality maintenance and grounds services across our client sites in Broadford, Campbellfield and Altona.
Working with our Facilities Manager and broader team, you'll lead daytoday maintenance operations, coordinate contractors, uphold compliance, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery across commercial building environments. You'll balance handson maintenance with team leadership, ensuring all work meets ISS and client standards.
You'll supervise the cleaning and landscaping team, review SWMS and permits, troubleshoot building services, conduct inspections, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors, and respond to urgent repairs across multisite operation
Key Responsibilities
- Team supervision & leadership - Coordinate and support the landscaping and cleaning team, ensuring safe, efficient and highquality work. Review SWMS, risk assessments and permits, prioritise tasks, and provide backup support when required.
- Maintenance delivery - Complete general repairs, preventative maintenance, grounds upkeep, waste management and building services support across multiple Nestle sites. Conduct weekly inspections and action defects.
- Contractor coordination - Engage and supervise external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, permits and site requirements. Identify tasks requiring specialist support and liaise with the Facilities Manager.
- Client service - Deliver friendly, professional service to client representatives and employees, ensuring positive interactions and alignment with ISS values.
- Safety & compliance - Promote a strong safety culture, use safe work practices, maintain PPE standards, report hazards, and follow ISS HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Systems & reporting - Log work orders, complete documentation, suggest improvements, and ensure accurate handovers and maintenance records.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supervising teams within commercial or multisite environments
- Strong capability across general maintenance, preventative maintenance and fault finding
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and respond to emergencies
- Confident stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and safely, following ISS and client procedures
- Fit, active and energetic, with the ability to bend, stand and lift as required
- WHS qualification, First Aid certification and CClass manual driver's licence (essential)
- Experience operating maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
