Ideally you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Planner / Scheduler
- Considerable experience in brownfields maintenance and projects on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical industries will be considered advantageous
- Proficiency with industry standard software including MS Office Suite and Primavera P6

Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains maintenance, construction and overhauls schedules in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and CTR Catalogue using Primavera P6 to client expectations.
- Plans and organises plans for Wood and Subcontractor work activities, in line with overall schedules, in a timely manner to ensure information, materials, tools and equipment are available to avoid minimal disruption to workforce
- Responsible for the preparation and issue of plans, schedules, progress and performance reports in accordance with reporting requirements
- Ensures execution team buy into plans and are accountable for their achievement
- Monitors and controls all planning activities through the planning and execution phase of the turnaround lifecycle
- Co-ordinates with procurement and execution functions and others as required, maintaining awareness of overall turnaround activities and their impact on the execution schedule and budget.
- Co-ordinates with key stakeholders to ensure plans are developed in accordance with preferred execution methodology and timing.
- Responsible for accurate site progress reporting, ensuring accurate capture of direct and non-productive man hours.
- Ensures preparation and issue of updates to contract manpower requirements
- Coordinates development and issue of change orders / variations relating to scope changes and growth in accordance with change notifications
- Facilitates internal progress and performance meetings as required
- Attends site / client meetings as required and presents schedule and performance status
- Provides feedback to the Contract Manager on the site's contract and team's performance
