Estimators - Residential Homes & Terrace Products

As demand continues to grow, our client is looking to appoint an Estimator to support its expanding Terraces and Special Projects division.

This is a unique opportunity to work on medium-density residential developments and developer projects, providing exposure well beyond traditional production estimating. You'll work closely with developers and internal stakeholders, assisting from pricing through to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production estimates for terrace and special projects.
• Convert production estimates into sales pricing for developer submissions.
• Liaise with developers throughout the estimating process, responding to pricing queries and project requirements.
• Work closely with the design, drafting and construction teams to deliver accurate estimates.
• Prepare pricing for design and construct opportunities.
• Manage multiple terrace developments and project releases concurrently.
• Identify cost risks and pricing opportunities during the estimating process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and estimating records.

About You

You'll have previous residential estimating experience and be confident managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Experience with terraces, medium-density or developer projects will be highly regarded, however experienced residential estimators looking to broaden their career are encouraged to apply.
