We are seeking a Workday Test Analyst to support a major Workday implementation initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, execution and coordination of Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End (E2E) testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Verification Testing (BVT) to ensure business-critical HR, Payroll and Finance processes are delivered successfully.


To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in QA and testing roles
  • Experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Payroll or Workday implementations
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Payroll and/or Finance modules
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
  • Experience across testing strategy, planning, execution, defect management and reporting
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end testing across multiple business functions and workstreams
  • Experience managing testing traceability and requirement coverage
  • Ability to identify testing risks and proactively manage issues and dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with project teams, technology teams and third-party vendors
