As our Workplace Presentation & Facilities Officer, you'll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. Your work plays an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing and productivity of our team by ensuring our office, amenities and wellness facilities are maintained to a consistently high standard.

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail, and enjoys keeping our workplace looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

The Workplace Presentation & Facilities Officer will:

• Clean offices, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms and other shared workspaces.
• Maintain the Wellness Facility, including sanitising gym equipment and ensuring the area remains clean, safe and inviting.
• Replenish workplace consumables including tea, coffee, milk, paper towel, toilet paper, soap and cleaning products.
• Monitor stock levels and advise when supplies require replenishment.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or damage promptly.
• Assist with workplace presentation, meeting room setup and internal events as required.
• Complete daily workplace inspections and cleaning checklists.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements and safe chemical handling procedures.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

• Maintaining a workplace presentation audit score of 95% or higher.
• Ensuring workplace consumables are consistently maintained above minimum stock levels.
• Completing all daily cleaning schedules to a high standard.
• Receiving positive feedback from employees on workplace cleanliness and presentation.
• Prompt identification and reporting of maintenance issues and workplace hazards.
