We have an exciting opportunity for anHR Analytics Specialist to join our Corporate HR team based at Rhodes. This role plays a critical part in enabling evidencebased decisionmaking across the business by transforming complex people data into clear, actionable insights.

You will design, develop, and automate reporting and dashboards, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders to uplift analytics capability and improve workforce outcomes.

This is a handson, deliveryfocused role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, translating insights into stories, and continuously improving how HR uses analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR data from multiple systems to identify workforce trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain clear, intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Deliver regular and adhoc analytics to support HR and business decisionmaking
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and audits
  • Automate and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency
  • Support HR system enhancements and peoplerelated projects with analytics
  • Build data literacy across HR through training and insight sharing

About You:

We're keen to hear from people who bring strong analytical capability and a collaborative mindset, along with:

  • Proven experience inHR analytics, workforce reporting, or business intelligenceroles
  • Strong handson experience withPower BI(including data modelling, DAX, and visual design)
  • Advanced capability inExceland working with large, complex datasets
  • A sound understanding ofpeople analytics methodologiesand HR processes
  • Experience working with HR systems such asOracle and/or Kronos(preferred)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and delivery timelines
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for improving how analytics is used across HR
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across HR and broader business stakeholders
  • Qualifications or training in data analytics, business intelligence, statistics, or a related discipline are desirable.
