Follow up outstanding defect and sales quotations with clients via phone and email. Build strong relationships with customers to maximise quote conversion. Respond to customer enquiries relating to quotations and proposed works. Record customer feedback and update quotation statuses within company systems. Convert approved quotations into jobs for scheduling and delivery. Prepare and complete major service quotations using company systems and templates. Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding quotation priorities and technical requirements. Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information. Monitor outstanding quotations and provide regular status updates. Assist with improving quotation processes and conversion rates.
