Position Summary:
Be the connector and facilitator of collective power assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
Assist with event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations
Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guest's requirements
Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
Banquets and Events experience highly regarded.
