We are proud to be part of the Karratha Gas Plant (KGP) Life Extension Project, a major initiative focused on sustaining the technical integrity and reliability of this critical facility while ensuring safe, efficient and predictable project delivery outcomes.

We are currently seeking QA/QC Welding Inspectors to join our team for a casual contract during the September Shutdown.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have 1 of the following:

  • (3.1) CSWIP
    (3.2) CSWIP
    AS1796 Cert No. 10


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in oil & gas, mining, resources or heavy industry
  • Strong understanding of welding inspections, WPS, ITPs, engineering drawings and quality documentation.
  • Current Confined Space Entry ticket (essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct welding inspections, witness and hold point inspections
  • Verify inspection, testing and quality records.
  • Ensure works comply with project specifications, procedures and Australian standards.
  • Support quality documentation, reporting and work pack close-out activities.
  • Assist site teams in maintaining quality compliance across shutdown activities.
