As our Area Manager you'll lead the performance, people and customer experience across a diverse store network spanning Queensland South. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering results - driving sales, lifting capability, and embedding a high-performance culture across your region. With a mix of metro and regional stores, this role offers real breadth, autonomy, and impact. This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves developing people, and knows how to turn strategy into results on the ground.
