$27.09 Per Hour + 12% Super

• Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm; no weekends
• Full time & Casual position's | Brisbane CBD, near Roma Street Station

The Position:

• Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef
• Manage workstation and deliver a high standard of hygiene
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
• Respond to requests promptly and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of hygiene
• Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
• Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues

The Person:

• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Excellent communication skills
• Great energy, flexible approach, and immaculate presentation
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Be self-motivated and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in a similar role
