Apply Job no: 7AR7F Category: Support Office The Role: As Senior Project Manager at Schnitz, you'll be responsible for managing the design and construction process for new restaurant openings and refurbishments across the Schnitz network. You'll work collaboratively with Franchisees, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver projects from planning through to handover, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and in line with Schnitz standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the design and construction process for new stores and refurbishments from planning through to handover. Drive the design approval process, ensuring project scope, budgets and construction documentation are aligned. Manage project timelines, critical path activities and project reporting to achieve store opening milestones. Coordinate permits, utilities, approvals and statutory requirements to support successful project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchisees, landlords, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manage lease obligations, Category One works and landlord approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project budgets, contract administration and supplier accreditation. Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to Schnitz quality standards. Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: 5+ years' experience in commercial design, project management and retail or hospitality construction. Proven experience managing multiple construction projects from design through to completion. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate contractors to deliver successful outcomes. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines and budgets. Sound understanding of Category 1 (Cat 1) building works and relevant compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
