About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Civil Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of civil maintenance and construction activities, helping to maintain and improve critical infrastructure.

The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out civil maintenance and construction works.
  • Perform excavation, concreting, pipe laying, reinstatement, and drainage works.
  • Operate and maintain civil plant and equipment safely.
  • Read and interpret work plans and follow work instructions.
  • Complete daily pre-starts, safety documentation, and site risk assessments.
  • Work effectively within a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles.
  • Participate in emergency response and after-hours call-outs when required.


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in civil construction or maintenance.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Experience operating civil plant and machinery (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.


Desirable Qualifications

  • Traffic Management tickets.
  • Confined Space Entry.
  • Working at Heights.
  • First Aid Certificate.
