The Opportunity

We're growing our Building Engineering Services team and are looking for Electrical Engineers at Senior and Associate level to support the delivery of technically challenging projects across our expanding Data Centre, Mission Critical and Building Engineering portfolio.

These opportunities are available in both Sydney and Melbourne and are ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines and contributing to projects from concept through to construction.

Depending on your experience and career aspirations, you'll take ownership of project delivery, provide technical leadership, mentor team members and help build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

In This Role You Will

  • Deliver electrical design solutions across a range of complex projects
  • Lead electrical design packages from concept through to construction delivery
  • Perform power system studies, load assessments and technical calculations
  • Develop coordinated, high-quality engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants across multidisciplinary projects
  • Support design reviews and technical quality processes
  • Participate in client engagement and project coordination activities
  • Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence across the team

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
  • Typically, 6+ years' experience in a consulting engineering environment
  • Proven experience delivering electrical building services design projects
  • Strong technical design capability and problem-solving skills
  • Chartered (CPEng) or working towards Chartership
  • Experience with power system analysis and electrical engineering software tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly Regarded

  • Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience
  • Experience leading design packages and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
