About the role Leadership: The Leader for this role is Ali Sadreddini, Practice Lead, AI Apps & Data. Ali will be committed to providing ongoing development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. As a Principal Consultant, you will be a sales focused technology specialist, who is viewed as a trusted advisor by our clients. We will count on you to act as the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements. Along the way, you will get to: Research and evaluate client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives Discuss project scope and budget with the customer and direct the project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality Act as a team leader on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality. Identify and resolve project issues with our clients Writing proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and responding to RFPs and other marketing situations Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What we're looking for Significant experience in professional services, with end-to-end experience across pre-sales, architecture, design and delivery. Solid presales experience including leading client discovery workshops, translating business requirements into technical solutions, preparing and delivering tailored PoC's, developing solution architectures and proposals, collaborating with sales teams on RFP/RFI responses, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Significant expertise designing and delivering solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure data platform services (e.g. Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Analysis Services) Experience designing and delivering Gen AI solutions using Microsoft technologies Experience utilising Gen AI as a tool to deliver projects TOGAF certification would be advantageous in this role What you can expect We're legendary for taking care of you, your family and for helping you engage with your local community.
