This role is vital to ensuring the seamless mobilisation and demobilisation of our site-based personnel and the efficient use of company resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel and accommodation logistics for all personnel across our project sites.
  • Coordinate charter and commercial flights, ground transport, and accommodation bookings.
  • Monitor and report no-show rates and travel compliance, implementing cost-efficiency strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for travel disruptions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain travel manifests, prepare reports (e.g., Nexus, Aerlink, Alliance, accommodation wastage), and identify process improvements.
  • Collaborate with BMA to utilise TSV segment flights for FIFO workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies including the "3-strike no-show" rule.
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Project Managers, and Site Leadership to align travel operations with workforce planning.
  • Use systems including Serko, SAMS Workflow, Uplift, JOTForm, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365 to manage data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

Your Impact

You'll be instrumental in delivering:

  • Accurate and competitive asset rates for tenders and ongoing projects.
  • Financial analysis that informs asset strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Continuous improvement in estimating tools and cost modelling practices.
  • Collaboration across a wide range of internal stakeholders (Operations, Fleet, Technical Services, Finance) and external partners (OEMs, suppliers, logistics providers).

  • Familiarity with travel and logistics systems such as Serko, SAMS Workflow, and Uplift
  • Experience managing FIFO/BIBO/DIDO rosters and workforce mobilisation logistics
