As the Route to Market (RTM) Program Lead, you will shape and lead Asahi's long-term Route to Market agenda across Australia and New Zealand. This is a highly strategic role focused on defining the future operating model, identifying growth and value opportunities, and building the roadmap that will strengthen customer experience, supply chain performance and commercial outcomes over the next 5-10 years. Based in Southbank, you'll work at the intersection of Strategy, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and Digital, influencing enterprise-wide decisions and driving transformational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the ANZ Route to Market strategy, identifying future opportunities across customer and geographic segments.
- Build strategic roadmaps that balance customer needs, operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
- Conduct scenario modelling, cost-to-serve analysis and operating model assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and customer teams to design and evolve the One Delivery Model.
- Identify and prioritise strategic supply chain collaboration opportunities with key customers, translating shared objectives into tangible business outcomes.
- Develop robust business cases, value creation initiatives and implementation roadmaps.
- Influence senior stakeholders across the business, aligning diverse perspectives to drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership on future route-to-market trends, customer requirements and competitive dynamics.
- Lead complex problem-solving initiatives that improve customer experience, service delivery and commercial performance.
About You
You are a commercially minded strategist who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing outcomes across large, matrix organisations. You combine analytical rigour with the ability to bring people together around a shared vision and translate strategy into practical action.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in strategy, consulting, route-to-market, customer strategy, supply chain transformation or a related field.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, supply chain, engineering, economics or a related discipline.
- Strong strategic thinking and operating model design experience.
- Commercial acumen, including business case development, value creation and strategic trade-off analysis.
- Experience working across customer, commercial and supply chain environments.
- Strong data and analytical capability, including scenario modelling and decision-support tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working at senior leadership level.
- A collaborative approach and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity and change.
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving and program leadership capability.
