Inventory Manager

Your Impact

Play a key role in keeping our Abbotsford brewery logistics operations running smoothly as Inventory Manager. You'll take ownership of finished goods inventory and the processes that support inventory movements, while leading one direct report and partnering with teams across the site. With a focus on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we work and deliver meaningful operational improvements.

Please note: This role is available as a 12-month secondment opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop one direct report, providing clear direction, coaching and feedback.
• Ensure stocktakes and inventory reconciliations are completed, with discrepancies investigated promptly.
• Manage finished goods inventory, returnable assets and processes relating to stock movements, returns and breakages.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and use problem-solving tools to improve inventory accuracy, productivity and customer service.
• Build effective relationships across Supply Chain and the broader site to deliver operational priorities.
• Support inventory compliance, financial controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as 2IC for Abbotsford Logistics in the absence of the Logistics Manager.

About You

• Prior experience in inventory, warehousing or logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience coaching and developing others.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Confidence working with warehouse and inventory systems, with SAP WMS experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Qualifications in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline would be an advantage.
