Our client, a well-established Aged Care and Healthcare organisation, is seeking new team members to join their Home Care team. No experience or qualification is required. We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new residents. What we are seeking: Have a great attitude Be reliable Willingness to learn and work Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain one Working Rights in Australia (to complete study be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen) Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week) Good communication skills Want to work and care for the elderly? Must be located within 5 kms of Bentleigh. Shifts Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. You chose your days and hours. Services - Unskilled (not qualified) Bed making, room tidying up Domestic Assistance Laundry, dusting, vacuuming, surface cleaning Bathroom cleaning/tidy up. Ability to listen, build a rapport, and work with a range of clients and other staff Complete documentation Follow policies and procedures Complete your accredited and mandatory training as part of your role.
