Performance Manager
Overview
As a Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with Premium staff within our Premium and Credit Team to uplift performance, whilst ensuring the delivery of a customer-centric and best in class Premium and Credit service. This will be achieved through conducting thorough and in-depth reviews of reporting and premium work/audits, along with coaching and mentoring staff.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities
- Support compliance with WorkSafe requirements through assurance and audit activities.
- Drive improved performance across key Premium and Credit measures.
- Enhance operational consistency, governance, and risk management.
- Build capability within the Premium and Credit teams through coaching and support.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop, deliver, and evaluate training solutions for the Premium team.
About you
Qualifications
- Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Time management and organisation skills
