Talent Acquisition Partner

About this opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity to join our People and Culture team in Melbourne as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for our Sales, Customer Experience (CSMs/AMs), Support, and Marketing teams - building pipeline, running interview processes, and helping us bring exceptional people into Podium.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine breadth in their People career - spanning full-cycle recruiting and onboarding - while playing a visible role in scaling Podium's Australian team.

What you will be doing:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales (SDR/AE), CX (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing roles across the Australian business
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through active sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria
• Coordinate and help facilitate interview processes, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
• Manage offer processes, including negotiation support and coordination with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline data (ATS, trackers, dashboards)
• Facilitating onboarding of new starters including admin, scheduling training and ensuring employees have the best possible first impression of Podium.

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, or support functions is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Australian employment law and visa/work rights compliance (or strong willingness to build this expertise quickly)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across various open roles
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, preferred
• Previous SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus
