The ideal candidate will: Embrace and actively promote our Values - Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness Demonstrate high-level leadership skills and professional credibility Possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills Have a proven ability to build and sustain a positive, thriving workplace culture Apply practical, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills in complex environments Qualifications / Experience Post-graduate qualifications in Management Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Specialist Expertise To truly excel in this role, you'll bring a powerful combination of technical knowledge and people leadership, including: Developed knowledge of and hands-on experience with Activity Based Funding and Residential Funding Working knowledge of health accreditation standards, including National Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to conduct business and performance analysis and implement effective strategies The ability to set clear standards, targets, and objectives - and achieve them by inspiring and influencing the performance of others Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and managing staff with confidence and compassion A proven track record of cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture Why join us?
