Producer / Senior Producer (Experiential) - Freelance Contract

Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid)

Contract: Initial 8-week freelance contract (with potential to extend)

Start: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced Producer or Senior Producer to join a leading experiential agency on an exciting client account. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality brand experiences from concept through to execution.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and live events.
• Managing timelines, budgets and project plans.
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and production partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Supporting on-site event execution where required.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience producing experiential, events or brand activation projects.
• Agency experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to start immediately.
