About the role
The Oral Health Service in Western NSW Local Health District has a supportive and friendly culture. Dubbo Community Dental Clinic is a 6-chair facility which also provides outreach services to other communities, including mobile dental services.

This role is the first point of contact in the facility, responsible for greeting patients, verifying patient details, updating patient records and managing patient enquiries face to face or by phone with a professional, caring attitude. Other tasks include scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, scanning and filing medical records and other general administrative duties. Orientation will be provided. Successful applicant will be provided on the job training and ongoing support. This role provides administration and clerical support to the dental team, to facilitate smooth operation of the service.

You will work a 9-day fortnight, hours of work: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

08:00am - 17:00pm, Wednesday 08:.00 - 16:45pm. No weekend work
