About the role
Comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology procedures, including CT, US, MRI, Fluoroscopy, X-ray and Digital Subtraction Angiography.
Play a vital role in assisting medical staff with innovative procedures, both in Medical Imaging and in Interventional Radiology.
Expected to provide excellence in safe clinical care, whilst maintaining a high level of engagement with a diverse and vulnerable patient group.
Multiple development opportunities for staff to attend workshops such as Advance Life Support and cannulation.
Monday-Friday so a great work life balance. You will be required to be rostered for 'on call' shifts when fully trained.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.
Previous experience working in an acute hospital setting preferably in critical care, procedural areas or theatres.
Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse.
Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
