What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you will utilise your clinical expertise to provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care coordination, health education and evidence-based interventions to clients and their families. Working both independently and collaboratively, you'll support clients to maintain and improve their health while delivering safe, high-quality care across the continuum.
You will:
Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans
Coordinate care and support clients, carers and families to achieve optimal health outcomes
Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions, monitoring and ongoing care management
Educate and empower clients to actively participate in their healthcare journey
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while contributing to quality and safety initiatives

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development
7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
