At Vail Resorts Australia, we're transforming Hospitality Experience across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help shape the future.

Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager - Perisher, you'll join the Australian Leadership Team and lead one of Australia's largest and most diverse hospitality portfolios, spanning Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Retail and Equipment Rental operations across our three mountain resorts.

This is an opportunity to influence strategy, lead large-scale transformation and create experiences that guests remember long after they leave the mountain.

What You'll Lead

• Lead the curation and execution of apres experiences across Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.
• Drive commercial performance, operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Transform our Food & Beverage offering while strengthening the broader hospitality experience.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and develop future talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities and long-term growth.

What You'll Bring

• Senior leadership experience in complex, customer-focused operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end P&L accountability.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams, ideally in hospitality, tourism, resorts, leisure, cruise or related industries.
• A track record of delivering transformation through people, culture and operational excellence.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest and employee experiences.
