What you will do?
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies that drive growth, innovation, and market leadership
- Lead a large-scale, multi-functional operation, ensuring exceptional experiences for members, guests, and clients
- Drive revenue, profitability, and business performance through strategic commercial leadership and financial management
- Build and influence relationships with members, stakeholders, partners, ownership groups, and clients
- Lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams to deliver operational excellence and achieve business objectives
- Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence
More about you
- Significant experience as a General Manager or senior executive leading large-scale, multi-functional hospitality operations
- Proven success managing complex business with substantial revenue, budgets, and workforce accountability
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving commercial performance, profitability, and sustainable growth
- Strategic operator with the ability to balance long-term planning, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations
- Extensive experience managing executive-level client, stakeholder, and member relationships within a member-based organisation
- Demonstrated success leading senior leaders, influencing organisational outcomes, and driving high-performing cultures
