As a Civil Engineer, you will support the planning, design and delivery of major developments, transport infrastructure and urban regeneration projects for government and private sector clients. Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions that promote sustainable outcomes and digital innovation across a diverse range of infrastructure projects. You will contribute technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for clients, communities and the environment.
The Opportunity
- Deliver civil engineering design and technical consulting services across road design, pavements, stormwater, bulk earthworks, water and sewer reticulation, and utility coordination.
- Contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across the Transport, Buildings, Energy, Water and Resources sectors, supporting government agencies, contractors and private developers.
- Prepare technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, clients and contractors to deliver coordinated, high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support successful project delivery through effective task management, quality assurance, project coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

Is this role right for you?
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with experience in civil infrastructure design within a consulting environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across civil engineering disciplines, including roadworks, stormwater, earthworks and utility services coordination.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, engineering standards, regulations and industry codes of practice.
- Proficiency in Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with experience using digital engineering tools such as Bluebeam, ProjectWise, 12d, ArcGIS, Python or VBA considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive approach, strong organisational abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
