Sales Enablement Specialist JU 3
Job Summary:
Supports development, implementation and evaluation of sales training and other Enablement deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates vendor translations of existing and new training. Works with CLC to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded. Supports independent distributors with access to modules on CLC. Responsible for Connect site content administration for CSU site. Tabulates and compiles/summarizes data from training evaluations and/other surveys. Creates Purchase Orders for the Enablement team. Performs basic updates to e-learning modules. Working with a Sales Training Developer, assists in the formatting/entry of content into eLearning programs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
2 or more years college or university education or equivalent industry experience required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail, required.
Experience in a sales organization preferred.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs preferred.
