Your Role

As the Clownfish Club Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the club, ensuring a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for every child. You'll lead and support the team, maintain the highest standards of care and compliance, and ensure every family enjoys an exceptional experience from arrival through to collection.

Where you'll make an impact

  • Lead, mentor and support the Clownfish Club team to deliver exceptional care and guest experiences

  • Oversee the daily operation of the club, ensuring activities run safely and efficiently

  • Supervise and engage children aged 6 months to 12 years in a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment

  • Plan and facilitate fun, creative and age-appropriate activities, games and crafts

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and fellow team members

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, child safety standards and legislative requirements

  • Monitor children's wellbeing and respond confidently to any incidents or concerns

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety throughout the facility

  • Ensure compliance with First Aid, Blue Card, Safe Sleep, food safety and operational procedures

  • Foster a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture

What we're looking for

You are an experienced childcare professional with proven leadership capability and a genuine passion for creating enriching experiences for children. You lead by example, communicate confidently and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, care and customer service.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within childcare, education, recreation or a similar environment

  • Minimum 2 years' practical experience in the children's services industry

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)

  • First Aid in Education and Care (HLTAID009 / HLTAID012), CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (Essential)

  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (Essential)

  • QLD Child Safety Training (GECCKO) (Essential)

  • Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate (Essential)

  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

  • A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for children and families

  • Ability to lead a team while maintaining exceptional safety and service standards
