Our new Kilcoy site has commenced construction and we're looking for a driven and a capable professional ready to step into this exciting opportunity. About QA Build QA Build is the construction arm behind the highly regarded GemLife communities. Our expert teams consistently deliver premium villas with industry-leading build times averaging just 16 weeks. The Opportunity Our Kilcoy development (45 minutes inland from Caboolture) will deliver 286 homes, with approximately 3 years of work on-site. Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site, even under pressure.
