What you'll do
Process accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll across multiple business divisions
Apply awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts and legislative requirements to payroll processing
Ensure timesheets, payroll changes and supporting documentation are received and actioned before payroll close
Maintain accurate employee, pay and leave records across payroll and HRIS systems
Calculate and process termination payments and prepare statutory documentation
Respond to payroll enquiries and prepare payroll management and statutory reports
What you'll bring
3-5 years' end to end payroll experience
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, industrial awards and enterprise agreements
Experience using payroll and HRIS systems (CHRIS21, Kronos and/or PageUp highly regarded)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Intermediate to strong PC skills, including Excel and Word
